Elderberry Syrup is wonderful for colds, flu, and allergies. We use organic elderberries and ingredients as they are available. Each kit comes with instructions to make delicious, homemade elderberry syrup. All you need to add besides this kit is: water and sweetener of your choice (raw honey, agave, or maple syrup). Each kit yields roughly 16 oz. < Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Organic Rosehips, Cloves, Freeze Dried Ginger, Organic Echinacea.
Recipe components you will need to have:
2.) 1 cup Sweetener of your choice. I recommend raw, local honey. However, if you are making this for infants under the age of 1, use agave or maple syrup. Reminder: Do not feed honey to infants under the age of 1.

To make the syrup you will need:
- - small - medium saucepan
- - 1 medium sized bowl
- - 1 cup measuring cup
- - fine mesh strainer or paper towel
- - ball jar with seal tight lid (or another storage jar with lid)
- - sweetener of your choice (see above)

To Use: Adults: Consume 1 Tablespoon daily. If sick, take 1-2 Tablespoons daily. Children over 1:Consume 1 teaspoon daily. If sick, take 1-2 teaspoons daily.
